- Post Production Site Reliability Stream.
- Work with individual Apps & systems to agree SLAs and Point of Contacts.
- Ensure Quality and SLAs - Contribute to meeting the SLAs and KPIs as applicable for the product.
- Ensure high responsiveness and timely resolution of tickets raised in Production Environment.
- Ensures that tasks are assigned to the right team and completed on time and that delivery timelines are met in accordance with the quality targets of the organization.
- As part of the L2 support, you will have attention to user reports Level 2 and scale/track users report Level 1 and Level 3.
- Interact with users, business stakeholders and team members, typically discussing and reporting progress of requests and individual incidents
- Customer service support; Solving technical problems; Follow-up of deviations
- Ticket logging, updating and tracking – working in an organized fashion to ensure that all issues are dealt with effectively and details captured to enable team working.
