Position
- Work together with the HR team on an employer branding strategy (social media presence, career webpage, job fairs, collaboration with universities).
- Contribute to the onboarding process of new employees by coordinating orientation programs and providing regular follow-up. Help the team create a systematic onboarding approach and implement the buddy system.
- Contribute and help the HR team develop the Local learning impulses strategy
- Assist in administrative HR tasks: maintaining employee records, updating databases, managing leaves.
- Collaborate in organizing internal events and internal communications.
- Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
About the internship
We are looking for a HR intern to join our BeNeLux team! This team consists out of 6 people with each their own expertise. Working together means you will see all sides of HR whether it’s HR administration, HR advising or compensation & benefits. Under the supervision of the HR manager/HR BP, you will have the opportunity to participate in various projects and initiatives related to HR management.
